Quality Construction
Strong construction that holds up to track. These protectors are built to take the hits that would normally damage your sprocket. They have a solid, reliable feel without adding much weight, which is important when you are trying to keep your setup balanced.
Reduce Wear & Tear
A small impact can quickly turn into a bigger issue if it bends or chips a sprocket tooth. A protector helps prevent that from happening. It also helps keep your chain running smoothly, which is something every driver wants on race day.
Made to Handle Real Racing Conditions
A Full Range of Sizes to Choose From
A rear sprocket protector is one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference. It helps shield your sprocket from kerbs, stones and the general abuse that comes with racing. By adding one, you reduce the risk of unnecessary damage and keep your kart running smoothly for longer.
We offer rear protectors in three main diameters, which are 210 mm, 220 mm and 225 mm. Each one is available in either 6 mm or 9 mm thickness. This gives you the choice between a lighter feel or a heavier, more protective option, depending on what you prefer.
You can pick the exact size you need from the following options:
- 210 mm x 6 mm
- 210 mm x 9 mm
- 220 mm x 6 mm
- 220 mm x 9 mm
- 225 mm x 6 mm
- 225 mm x 9 mm
The thinner options feel light and agile. The thicker versions offer a bit more protection, which is a good choice if you race on kerb-heavy circuits.

Choosing the Right Size
Match Your Protector to Your Sprocket
The easiest way to choose the right size is to match the protector to the diameter of your sprocket. A 210 mm sprocket should be paired with a 210 mm protector. The same applies to 220 mm and 225 mm setups.
If you are unsure which size you currently run, you can measure your sprocket or ask us for advice.
