Full-Size Sprockets for Reliable Racing Performance

The Revolution range offers full-size sprockets from 64 to 96 teeth, giving you maximum control over acceleration and top-speed setups throughout the racing season.

Product Description

Revolution sprockets are engineered for drivers who want reliable, versatile gearing across all track conditions. CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium, these sprockets deliver exceptional strength, reduced wear, and smooth, consistent chain engagement lap after lap.

Which Size Do I Need?

We offer a wide range of sprocket sizes for different uses on the track. Here is a rough guide to help you decide:

  • Low-ratio sprockets (64-70): Good for getting to top speed
  • In-between sprockets (71-82): Balances gearing for a mixed bag of circuits
  • High-ratio sprockets (83-96): For those tight technical tracks where every last bit of acceleration counts.
7075-T6 Aircraft Aluminium Construction

Our sprockets are made from 7075-T6 aluminium, one of the toughest alloys around - the same material that gives the world's top karts their edge. It's a lightweight yet durable design that can take on even the most demanding racing.

Precision Machining for Flawless Power Transfer

The precise tooth geometry ensures smooth chain engagement, helping improve chain life and delivering consistent power transfer.

Hard-Wearing Protective Coating

A specialist protective finish helps reduce wear and maintain sprocket performance through repeated heat cycles.

Hub Compatibility

Revolution sprockets fit all common rear hub sizes including 80mm, 81mm and 82mm.
